Our quality improvement team goes through our 5-step quality process to analyze delivery exceptions and the progress of claims. Tracking exceptions daily helps us maintain our over 99% on-time delivery rate.
The quality team consists of management from each division. When an issue arises, the team goes over the situation report and evaluates the root cause and corrective action. A team member will then reach out to you and communicate what happened and how we plan to improve our processes going forward.
